Accessing Support

SLEs will be deployed following an initial needs audit to support school improvement.  All support packages involve the time of 2 SLEs and includes the initial needs analysis and a system of quality assurance. The support available ranges from a one-off session to ongoing support over a term or academic year. Sheffield Teaching School Alliance firmly believes that the most impactful and mutually beneficial support is best developed by schools, for schools, with a focus on building sustainable internal capacity. As such all support packages come with an exit report which focuses on building sustainable internal capacity.
